Also, the side flex panel did not look at all like in the photo; instead it was made of a thin stretchable olefin (yes, the stuff used to make carpets) that felt plastic-like to touch. Item returned to Amazon.

What I really don't like is the skirting. As the other reviewer noted, it is olefin or something like it -- it feels like paper...and rips like it, too. It does not hold tight to the mattress; I have to use sheet straps on it at the corners. This will be a one-time purchase on this one.

The fit it very good, but they do slide easily, which I suppose is to be expected with the waterproof quality.
