It fits horribly. I have a deep mattress. It is large enough to cover the mattress, but it does not stay in place. It shifts constantly and comes off of the corners, taking your fitted sheet with it.
Also, I realized it was waterproof, but it makes an awful noise when you move on the bed. It's basically an inexpensive plastic lining that sounds like a giant diaper when you move!
